Hello Friends & Supporters for this very important month.

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month & Sexual Assault Awareness Month – Hopefully we have all learned something we were not of aware of before. Hopefully we have all heightened our senses about these acts and decided its not right, no we shouldn’t ignore the truth, and yes we should be talking about the ugly acts which most commonly happen within the secrets of our family home. Do not close out this month without hugging your child, making a choice to be your own FAMILY DEFENDER, speaking out in your community. We can reverse the impact of these personally violating and life altering actions, when we discuss them and empower our children to believe in the SAFETY of every being.

Generation after generation we have taught silence, tolerance, and as a result we have numbed our personal emotions of these types of deviate behaviors; this doesn’t mean the act doesn’t viciously alter the life of a child and their perceptions of what is right or wrong. We pass forward dysfunctional behaviors and sometimes ignorance of what is actually happening right inside our homes. Our children do not have to tolerate and accept the extreme acts of physical torture, beatings, neglect of human needs, or the secret act of sexual harm. We can teach them a better way, give them courage to speak about what’s really happening and stand by their claims. Remember this important truth – Our nation had 3.7 Million claims of Child Maltreatment and our system processed  1.4 Million of these reports (in whatever decision they made) – ONLY 0.1% WERE FOUND TO BE FALSECLAIMS!!! It takes great courage to speak against those in charge of your very existence, do not turn away and leave them in a detrimental environment.

Today is the end of the month, but is it the end of the mission; NEVER!!

TELL THE TRUTH – ONE in THREE – SUFFER ABUSE!!    Please take a look at the below information and a report published on our website. It took me three months to breakdown the 270 some page report, gather the correct stats provided, and research the details from each state’s individual reporting.

TRUE indeed our children are in danger every second of every day.   I also depend on the CDC site for reliable information. However, as we well know, stats can only be taken from what is reported, the reports are few and far between because of the silenced child who doesn’t understand, cannot yet speak at all, or the fact that molestation leaves no physical signs other than irritation. I do not dispute the stats shared in the most commonly used stat reference published in 2000 Finklehor, or also a stat report from 2005 which is commonly referenced. I am not a scientist; however I do have 25 years & a certification is business management & accounting. I can add and produce a report, then research & share information I believe is critical when it comes to this specific topic.

I would like to share information I personally researched and recorded (complete with Excel Report for every individual state) concerning our nations claims of Child Maltreatment, CPS employees, Predator information, Demographics of causes and more. In this report taken & researched from National Children’s Bureau, National Child Abuse and Neglect Data Systems in 2011. I have found some of the following informaiton: BOYS ARE A CLEAR 50% OF VICTIMS at 48.6% ; Parents & Family make up 96% of all reported Child Maltreatment, (emotional, neglect, physical, sexual, medical) just think how much power our parents have over our children’s existence. This report also reveals; 1 in 9 children are harmed across the U.S. every single second.  NOTE**Congress allowed for an amendment stating ‘For every report of Sexual Abuse, or Violent Crime Victim, at least SIX others are not.**

THE NUMBER ACTUALLY IN PRESENT DAY COMMENTS, REPORTS, AND STILL FOUND DAILY VICTIMS – MEANS 1 IN 3 CHILDREN ARE BEING HARMED EVERY SECOND OF EVERY DAY. ONE in THREE, does this not alarm anyone enough to help me publish this report and get these stats or commentary added into some type of referenced information. The report and all of the related details to confirm the above can be found by visiting our website at the direct link shared below.

Let’s TELL THE TRUTH – ONE in THREE – SUFFER ABUSE!!

Many are the blogs & radio shows I’ve posted & discussed concerning the many physical impacts of living through trauma and some of the harm which leaves permanent physical damage to our bodies from being beaten and thrown around. Also, as my online family & friends I’ve shared with you about the problems I’ve been having of late with my health and trying to get back into the swing of things. Well this is a writing about one of the physical conditions I am left wounded with, but what I’ve found out is that many of the badly beaten and thrown around souls out there have injuries just like mine from extreme physical trauma to our bodies.

Do you know what Syringomyelia is and how it impacts physical & neurological aspects of our person?

Medical definition as found here in a publication of ‘SPINAL CORD MEDICINE; Principles & Practices – This was published in 2003 and if you research the diagnosis you will not find much that is up to date. In fact what I’ve found here in and around one of the country’s best medical arenas and medical studies St. Louis, Missouri.

Anyway, to go on with what I was aiming for here. This is an absolutely horrible diagnosis which represents with ongoing digression of certain neurological functions. It also continues in a  heavy cape of pain, inflammation throughout the upper extremities and a progressive lack of muscular function, fine motor skills (keyboarding, writing, dishes, laundry, pushing, pulling, the bottom muscles of my arms, shoulders and neck are in a noticeable change and with intense breakthrough pain despite the heavy to medium dosage of pain medications.) There are multiple Cervical Syrinx accompanied with multiples of vertebral and disc protrusion damage. At another point of the Post Traumatic Spinal Cord Trauma, there is an extending Thoracic Syrinx from T3 – T9 level. As the Thoracic Syrinx comes to a smaller sized tubular cyst, the multiples of Lumbar Damages begin to show.

Here are a few MRI images I grabbed from the net this morning, which show how they look inside the SPINAL CANAL with/without contrast. The ones I’ve loaded are the closest and most accurate size and image of what exists on my results taken some five years ago, then again with some changes in 2013.- NOT MY MRI – largely similar, but with existing multiples of disc & vertebral damages.

The first reason I’m sharing is to explain exactly what is a direct result of years being beaten and the  last deeply wounding permanent injury in 1997. This caused the initial disability and then has progressively gotten more intense from the corresponding Fibromyalgia diagnosed back in 1995. Studies show this diagnosis is very familiar in person’s of abuse/violence. We have a disrupted Fight or Flight function and our bodies remain in a continuing hyper alert sensitive status, complete with cramping & burning. Also along with this damage I have COPD w/ Emphysema; Complex PTSD, Generalized Anxiety, and battle with some mild depression issues which usually go on a cycle depending much to our weather and being able to get out in the sun, warm the body & spirit.

Now for those who are personal family & friends with me, those who follow to see what’s up on our radio or contact me for assistance, please be patient with me. At this time the function of muscles on the under/outer side of my extremities is suffering changes and an decrease in ability, impacted by the pain of what’s shared above. I am trying very hard each day to find some ways to gain some relief and a physician who truly understands the treatment for this type of medical problems, rather than writing me off as an emotional mess.

WHERE IN OUR MEDICAL SOCIETY CAN I FIND SOME HONEST & EFFICIENT TREATMENT ASSISTANCE????

My current pain management treatment has been relatively the same for a period of FIVE YEARS, since 2009 with the same physician. Anytime I’ve gone in with a complaint issue appointment related to increased levels of neuropathic pain and noticed changes in function, he ignores what I say and has actually tried to note me as being Bipolar. Now don’t get excited because my Psychiatrist and Therapist who have been treating me since about 2005, say there is no reason to determine any form of Bipolar or Personality Disorder Exists. Just to confirm, no diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder or other form of Extreme Personality Disorder Exits. As I also shared above I do have Complex PTSD and other hyperactive emotional difficulties & Fibromyalgia.

For those wonderful Butterfly Dreams Abuse Recovery & Talk Radio supporters, board members, volunteers; I will catch up with all of you soon. Our staff and supporters are around the world in various locations, so if you need assistance and we have not worked directly with you, please visit our website, check out the information we share & do, then if we can help you there is a contact form on the website itself or you can reach out via Facebook or Google Plus, all of these links are listed below.

We all must continue the support of safety and EQUAL RIGHTS TO SAFETY, SHELTER, SUPPORT FOR ALL BEINGS!!!

Be well to one and all incredible angels, when you make the choice to become your own FAMILY DEFENDER then you have made an incredible voice for change. This is a statement we should all strive to meet. Think about the numbers of lives we can change as we learn about the medical, emotional, physical and other types of wounding from these dangerous environments; also learning to provide the right guidance and assistance within every small community around the world. We are changing the world by changing the impressions and teaching we  pass on to the next generation. If we talk they will talk and be more comfortable when reaching out for help. It is in our silence we continue to shame victims, trap them in a self blame attitude and with the belief that society does not care and will not provide the types of support needed for individuals. We cannot remove every person being harmed or force every victim to talk or reach out. What we can do is help every person who needs some type of help, from parenting skills to rescue. Please be a supporter and make the right choice when you come across someone brave enough to discuss what is happening.

Till later loves, always in wishful dreams and magic your way ❤

‘My Justice’ tells the true ugly and violent story of my thirty two or more years trapped inside the belief there would never be a kind person or a source of help, rescue, or love in my existence. I’ve shared this information to apologize to my children for what they had no choice but to endure; explain how the many effects of this type of abuse directly relates to the silent child, woman, mother victim. In this published memoir I share some about the physical impacts but more about what actually happened and how the child mind, woman mind, then mother mind viewed the vicious attacks. You will find

‘My Justice’ thru Authorhouse; Amazon; Barne’s & Nobel;

Coming soon will be the personalized readings of ‘My Justice’ for those who are interested in an audio copy. Please contact me personally if you are interested in one of these voice recording copies.

Survivors World w/ Tremayne Moore, 'Deaf, Dumb, Blind & Stupid' 04/23 by Butterfly Dreams Abuse Recovery | Self Help Podcasts

A very good PAS and parents article … A must read …

Family & Parental Alienation is most definitely abuse against the child. It results in severe emotional scarring and the child is often forced into losing pieces of their true identity. Know that when you alienate your children from other family members you take away their history, but you can only control what they do & think for so long. Eventually every child grows up with their own strong mind, their desire to meet their family, confront the alienated parent, just might turn against you in a huge way. A child needs to know their family, it is their identity. A child should never be denied the love of a family. A child is only a child for a short time, they will search out and question the family & parent they were cut from. You as a parent, have a responsibility to give your child the very best of guidance and love, if they are not being harmed by the family or other parent, then tell me please, what is your reason for keeping them from others that love them? Just because you do not like that person or the other family, doesn’t mean they are not part of your child’s very creation. Open your heart for your child’s sake, it will be a blessing for them and for you.

Survivors World – The narcissist you love 04/16 by Butterfly Dreams Abuse Recovery | Self Help Podcasts.

Survivors are you ready for a fabulous discussion tonight on our broadcast of Survivors World???
Tonight a special discussion with co-host & guest Faith McDaniel as we look into the insane world of living with a Narcissist. You love them but they do not even acknowledge you have feeling or care about your suffering. You love them but they do not see what emotional pain they cause when their focus is the ‘ALL ABOUT ME’ attitude. How does this effect the children in the home? How does it impact your relationship with them? What sacrifices do you make to live in a marriage or relationship with ‘The Narcissist You Love’?

Passing the Torch of Freedom

2013-10-139516.48.18

Tonight I have the very special honor to speak for the Candle Light Vigil during the event for Restoring the Balance of Justice; held & coordinated by Rescue & Restore of Southwestern Illinois & Hoyleton Ministries. This event made possible by a grant for National Crime Victims Rights Week 2014 and the amazing work of Miss Kristen Eng.

Dear Friends,

Most of my life I lived as a VICTIM, never once realizing I had any RIGHTS to change what was happening or seek safety through some form of resource or justice. Actually when I think back on all that encompassed my life and the many different types of crime I was trained to tolerate, it makes me wonder today the ‘WHAT IF’ there would have been just one day that I believed I could take back control and reach out for help?

I was a VICTIM at five years old when my stepfather first attacked me with vicious sexual abuse.

I was a VICTIM at nine years old when my mother began training me as the family slave in forced child labor.

I was a VICTIM at eleven years old when my stepfather began trading me out in child sex trafficking.

I was a VICTIM at twelve years old when my mother refused any form of basic human necessities and the child neglect of all medical care left me scarred from head to toe; inside and out.

I was a VICTIM at fifteen years old in a life that was filled with brutal physical abuse day in and day out, which was witnessed by family friends, neighbors, school mates, and siblings.

I was a VICTIM at 17 when I left home to live with a man who then began to beat me and I suffered severe injuries by his almost murderous attacks for two years.

I was a VICTIM at 20 years old when I married an emotionally abusive and constantly degrading man who then became father to my three children.

I was a VICTIM at 30 years old when my second husband beat me during his repeated alcoholic rages and left me permanently injured.

I lived as a VICTIM for over 30 years, trained to believe I had NO VOICE, NO FREEDOM, NO RIGHTS TO JUSTICE to change what had happened to me throughout all those years filled with pain, terror, sadness, isolation, and silence.

Tonight as I stand up here and we light our candles, I pray all of you who have been touched by some form of violent crime can feel the power of freedom with me. There is a huge swing in our pendulum of justice today. A new generation is taking charge and we are creating awareness, resources of help, support in our recovery, and the ability to claim our VICTIMS RIGHTS through our system of justice.

No longer can we live in the past and teach our children, our partners, our spouses, neighbors, families, and friends to be silent and to continue tolerating the attacks against our sense of personal safety. When a crime, any type of crime, invades your sense of safety you then are left to feel powerless, without a voice, shame in your vulnerability, and blame by those who abandon you. Tonight this is our time to reclaim our freedom, to take back our power, to allow that sense of power to embed itself deep down in your soul that you are able to raise your head up, release yourself from any sense of shame. When you are a VICTIM, this is NOT something you wanted, this is NOT something you did; this is an act that some other person CHOSE to commit AGAINST you.

In the state of Illinois, along with 30 other states in our society today, we are taking back our RIGHT to be aware of the resources available to help us. Taking back our RIGHT to seek justice and have our court system enforce our VICTIMS RIGHTS. We as a human society have a grand opportunity to begin teaching the next generation their true right to be safe, live safe, and respect the HUMAN RIGHTS given to all persons in our nation.

Tonight here among all of those in attendance, the US Attorneys Office, State’s Attorneys Office, FBI Services, Resources for your Victims Rights, Survivors & Victims –tonight with you we claim our freedom and in lighting your torch may it be a source that you take with you always and pass on to those in your family, your neighbors, churches, workplace, and in our daily lives. Tonight we light our torch in memory of those we’ve lost, but also in memory of the power you hold inside to change what generations before us have taught in tolerance and silence, we take back our voice and we pass forward the torch of freedom. Thank you for carrying your torch of a new beginning.

We claim our VICTIMS RIGHTS!!!

Here’s to teaching the pattern of love, life, happiness, and most of all SAFETY to the next generation!!!
