Are you part of the new generation in charge, we are #GenerationNoMore

We need your signatures, your voices, your stories!!

To persons voted into office by the people, to always protect

the Human Rights for the people, of the United States of America.

We come to you with our collective voting voices and ask you to amend the prosecution against the more extreme violent cases of Child Abuse & Domestic/Family/Relationship Violence. It is time we realize there are many different levels of these crimes within our family unit, our homes; these crimes are heinous & brutal for the purpose of inflicting the highest level of fear or a truly believed sense of certain death, therefor silencing victims and preventing them from finding any form of assistance or rescue. These are crimes of torture and are in the classifications for; Crimes of Terroristic Acts.

The explanation of the ‘Family Terrorist Act’ – ‘Trecia’s Law’ is built from the basis of our Universal Declaration of Human Rights and taken from the definitions provided in our ‘Federal Terrorism Act’ being an act of harm, or detrimental fear, which does create or impose a risk of grievous bodily injury or possible death if victims do not comply.

Friends, advocates, organization leaders, warriors, survivors; you are the concerned & educated persons in our voting society. It is time to make this request and ask our leaders to put our personal right to be safe & live safe, especially within our homes; make this the priority of our nation!!

Please sign, share, help promote, encourage others to sign – this is where our United Voices Matter.

By signing this petition the below information will be sent with your signature!! Thank you all!!

‘Family Terrorist Act’ – ‘Trecia’s Law’ – A Terroristic Attack against our person can be committed by any other person at any time, even inside our homes. What gives a ‘terrorist’ more control than directly residing with their victims. In this presentation you will find the United Nations, Federal, and Illinois State Definitions of a ‘Terroristic Act’. You will also hear the many justifications for this act and some guidelines on how to implement this act. It is important to remember that the psyche of a human being who endures these types of brutal attacks or heinous depravity, especially when they are inflicted by someone who has complete control over our very existence, is against every level of our Universal Declaration of Human Rights. These are criminal attacks on every level and often committed against the weaker party, meaning against those who cannot refuse, cannot fight back, and cannot speak out to find any form of assistance or rescue; mostly sadly our children.

These types of enforced domination against our person, through vicious acts of inflicted ‘TERROR’,  threats with weapons, threats to take our lives or direct harm to someone we love are committed with the sole purpose in preventing victims from seeking assistance, and therefore protects the attacker/abuser identity and prevents any form of official charges, prosecution, and/or victims restitution for the ongoing recovery for the constant inflicted fear, life skills development to become a self sufficient individual.

The constant terroristic environment distorts our perceptions and is then taken into our schools and our streets through acts of bullying, and gun related violence, substance abuse and other disabling related issues. The dominance over another person by acts of continuous control by directly inflicted bodily harm, imposed threats of grievous bodily harm or even possible death if victims do not comply with every demand is not permitted in our already written criminal statutes. Now you need to hear our voices and direct your attention to the implementation of ‘Family Terrorist Act’ – ‘Trecia’s Law’; named after the little girl I used to be whom so many have tried to destroy through heinous cruelty and attempted murder. We must do something now to protect the Human Rights of every person in our society. We have the right to pursue life without the detrimental threat of harm lurking about & ready to attack within our very own homes.

We submit our signatures & our stories to the government of the United States of America by the concerned & educated citizens of America. Today we are ‘Generation No More’.

Thank you for your time and please help us move forward in implementing the amendment as above, thank you for supporting ‘Trecia’s Law’.

I am a survivor of over thirty years trapped inside the silence and brutality of Family Crimes, Child Sex Trafficking, and a life-lived pattern of tolerance for over thirty years in almost murderous relationships. In Feb. 2011, I chose to publish the truth about what happened in our home, the community around me, and the learned patterns of self-hatred and tolerance which became such a huge factor in my life. I never felt worthy of life, breathing, love & respect; not until I honestly began a strong focus on healing myself. There were many traits and tragedies that influenced my life. It seemed to control everything inside me and it was nothing but sadness and fake emotions. Only by facing the horrors I went through, the choices I made as a woman & mother, then relating to the greatest guilt I still grieve; how the trauma behavior has affected my children's lives. It's my hope to help others get through their battles, regardless of the type of trauma because when we hurt our lives are forever changed. "My Justice' is not an easy read. It was published to release the thick layers of trauma, sex trafficking, and disfiguring neglect, the enslavement of a child to answer the ring of 'his' bell, and keep my own private terrorist alive. This memoir is NOT SUGGESTED FOR ANYONE UNDER 16 years of age. It discusses the permanently wounding life and the cycle of destruction that held me in expecting/tolerating ridicule and violence in my adult relationships. This truth was published to inspire others to take an in-depth look at their life and behaviors as a result of their past. When we connect the dots through rebuilding an understanding of the pattern of adult choices in coping addictions, parenting, and partners; even affecting our careers and self-sustainable life. I'm so honored to have 'My Justice' used at the collegiate level for psychology classes, upcoming therapists, and educators. Today my life is very blessed. I'm finally safe, finally truly loved, finally feeling the magic of what life is supposed to be like. My greatest power only began to show when I first made the choice to end the violent relationships and behaviors around my children; to give them something better, something SAFE!! In choosing to share my own story, I've also gone the serious extra step to educate myself through years of research, attending training opportunities, and collaborating with other advocate resources focused in human resilience and healing from abuse, sexual harm, and sex trafficking. Today there are experts digging deep to recreate help and healing. I've chosen to use my past as a way to inspire a greater good and; hopefully, somehow change the cycle of tragedy in our homes so that we empower our kids to live a more positive path. The best education we can give is healing our survivors of traumatic experiences so we understand what they felt then and what they wish they would have had available; those who could have and should have said something. We can change things for our life today, but best of all in healing our wounds, we give communities a supportive working strategy in assisting the people in our lives. One step at a time, one caring soul at a time, we can give them a path to changing our human society as a whole. This is a tell-all, which was written in the midst of my third nervous breakdown as I struggled to put all my distorted pieces back together, and help my children understand how the violence I tolerated against me invaded their well-being. My children have always been my world, but my behaviors, lack of healthy parenting and life skills, and an inability to remain stable have caused another generation of suffering for my grandchildren. This is a very difficult thing to watch and the continued tragedies that seem to keep affecting the choices in my family. Writing this book was only the beginning of trying to release all that has haunted me for so many years. I have finally removed his thick, cruel, coal-stained hand which trapped me in fear for decades. Those hands and his evil, her housemaid and caregiver; created a slave, and that slave submitted to horrific and brutal attacks but always felt it was her burden to bear. I lived with that hand holding me down, continually terrorizing and silencing, stealing my voice to protect their pure evil. Throughout decades the dysfunction caused by the chaos inside my head would affect every relationship, my children, and cast a shadow of darkness on everything good in my life. Living in the true spirit of freedom, I have now become a strong advocate against the life cycle of human destruction. If we want to control our life and achievements today, then we cannot live stuck in the tragedy of hardships and pain. Life is meant to be lived, to be enjoyed, to see what you can do and what you can achieve, to find out what is important to you. We all become adults. We all have a burden to bear. Stand up and keep moving, keep living, keep dreaming. You have two choices in recreating and rebuilding yourself. Do you stay stuck in the dark shadows of your past? Do you dig deep and find that spirit that kept you alive so that you could become the proud, strong, capable, resilient, kind human being? Which do you choose and how will that choice affect your children and theirs? We can be supportive, and provide resources and suggestions for help so that families suffering from addiction or past trauma can find a recovery balance to rebuild their family into a more positive life pattern. We will recover, we will rebuild, we will conquer the pains of yesterday to live in the true sense of life, freedom, and safety today. 1. How do I sign the petition??? And do you have an editor? I would imagine you want to put your best foot forward, and I see several glaring errors in grammar, punctuation and spelling. I would contact the EFA about finding an editor or you could check the Writing Services tab on my website:

I taught literature and composition at the college level for 17+ years and thus my “eagle eye” sees everything. I am a survivor as well who has documented her journey in five memoirs; I want to call the attention of the powers-that-be to our cause, and I don’t want them to disregard your VERY IMPORTANT request due to errors that could easily be corrected.

Above all though I want to make sure I properly sign the petition!!! I will look for a response here, or you can email me at after 6 a.m. tomorrow (email temporarily down due to a migration issue).

Be well and FIGHT ON as we USC Trojans say!!!

    1. Hello and thank you. The petition can be signed by simply clicking on the link here in the blog. I sincerely appreciate your grammar editing notation. Yes it does need an editor but listen in to the presentation which is what is submitted. We’ve already gained the attention & support of House Representative Jay Hoffman in Illinois. Glad they are meeting with me & my partners on Wednesday afternoon. I might possibly find out if the States Attorney is going to take my case at least parts of it into court. Please follow the link to Thank you for your interest. I do hope you will sign. Be well always, Trish

  2. I too am an incest survivor, and have visited your website and facebook page. I will definitely sign the petition, but if you really need thousands of signatures to move forward, I wonder if maybe you could shorten the description? I haven’t signed many on, but those I have have had very succinct descriptions. Maybe people go there, but don’t want to spend so much time to get informed. Your points are valid and your case strong. I just wonder if more would sign if there wasn’t so much to read? Sadly, many people don’t realize the life long effects of childhood abuse. (Even in their own families!!) This is something that really needs to go forward. Perhaps this is a case where “less is more” and a revision would get more signatures?

    1. Ms Renee thanks so much for being honest with me. I couldn’t figure out how to say what we needed in this information, your comments have kick started my thinking & editing so let’s see what I can do with this. Sending my best your way and I will be fixing the petition. Thank you, Trish

  3. I am so sorry; where is the link in the blog??? I must be really dense to keep missing it. Could you tell me what it is next to on the blog page??? And congratulations on the support that you have already received. More power to you AND your cause!!!

    1. Ms. Naima when you begin the 2nd paragraph, “The explanation of the Family Terrorist Act. …” click on the line link. It will take you directly to the petition. So sorry for confusing you. I’m in an editing process now to hopefully make it a more exact writing. Thank you and I pray you’ll still sign. Be well, Trish

      1. Firstly, I want to thank you for all your efforts in working towards the protection of our future children and families. Secondly, I too was a bit confused about the link so I just guessed and clicked on the highlighted title. Some who do not see a ‘click here’ button may get confused while reading and totally miss that it may be the highlighted text.

Thirdly, I did sign the petition and I too am a survivor of child abuse, domestic abuse and child molestation. I was truly surprised not see to more signatures! I also think it may be the combination of no clear ‘click here’ along with the lengthy read and video. Personally, I did a quick read, put the video on mute and signed immediately. Those who have been affected by ‘family terrorism’ will most likely do the same. Those who have only heard about child/familial abuse may require more information, just not a short novel (Yes, that was a joke). I have written my own autobiography of my experiences and journey and am a Life Coach specializing in helping other victims of abuse.

I wish the best of success with this endeavor and, if you need any assistance, please feel free to contact me @ I do editing so, if you are still in need, I will do it pro-bono!

        Many blessings to you,

      2. Hello Mary, thank you 🙂 I’m so sorry for your past, but so proud of you for sharing your voice, your story, and giving your support. I would be so happy for any editorial assistance you wish to give for the petition. I’ve wanted to update but when I read through, I just want to make sure we are justifying our points. To change or amend law, we absolutely have to have the back up information to show it worthy. Let me know what you need from me, or what I can send your way. You can reach me direct by emailing –
        Biggest hugs 🙂

  4. Hi Trish,
Thanks for this. So sorry for your suffering.

I agree this change is needed. I see (when I finally found the link) that you have very (<500) few signatures. I suggest that this is partly because you have not made it clear enough in the text above that this IS the link to the petition. You have accidentally made it difficult for people to sign – so only those who are very persistent and feel very strongly about this issue are likely to find it and sign.

It might be helpful if you get someone with good English grammar skills who has little or no idea about this to read the page and make suggestions on how you can communicate this vital matter a bit more clearly.

    Keep up the great work!

    Kindest regards,

    1. Hi Kristen, the actual petition has been updated and we are passing the link page information around more often. Also, I’ll be on the SCAN Talk Radio Network tomorrow evening. Hopefully we are able to clarify exactly what it is we are trying to address and change for our society as a whole. Accepting that there is such a thing as ‘Terroristic Abuse’ is the first step in adjusting how we train responders, educators, healthcare and even guidance counselors to interact to help victims of these types of maltreatment. Thanks for your input. I definitely find all of it extremely valuable. Thanks much, wishing you the best. Trish
