Terroristic Abuse is a violation against written articles of our Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Hello readers,

This email & blog blast has a very strong defined mission;

PLEASE HELP ME REACH;

GENERAL ASSEMBLY COMMISSION OF UNITED NATIONS

U.S. President Barack Obama

To the Political Powers that be, there is a small group of us here in Illinois who need you to pay attention to a very serious issue happening right here in our country and around the world – Terroristic Abuse

‘Terroristic Abuse’ is committing acts of a criminally vile and extremely detrimental physical, psychological, or sexual trauma to maintain physical, mental, or sexual control of another being; detrimental believed sense of certain physical, sexual harm or even death if they speak to another person about the harm or reveal they are or have been terrorized to protect their attackers dominance and never revealing their attacker’s true depraved nature to others.

There is a deeply wounded sense within this attacker, but it is their right to choice, that is a violation over their victims right to be safe, believe in the Universal Right to life, liberty, and security of person. The ‘terrorist attacker’ has the most sense of dominance when they live with their victims. They act out depraved sexual fantasy against a child or possibly believe they have a right to sell, trade, use, or own their victim in actions of human trafficking. It is a deep sense of psychological captivity as defined in ‘Stockholm Syndrome’ and other such articles of distinction.

‘Terroristic Abuse’ is used to silence victims, often into adulthood, because a part of that child victim, or adult in extreme harmful situations and relationships, is psychologically trained to be a victim, bow to every command, and not reject any act approached or forced on the victim by the other dominating personality. These violent and threatening actions prevent their victims from accessing help, speaking to anyone, even traps them from revealing any harm, therefore preventing any prosecution, criminal or civil liability for the attackers personal choice to constantly inflict extreme sense or direct grievous bodily injury or possible death in the mind and control of their victims.  Often committed by those within our home for a very direct purpose; allow the predator to act out their vicious dominance over another person, (via acts of child sex trafficking, enforced slavery, use of weapons and other forms of physical or psychological inflicted fear, influencing a believed sense of certain death if the victim does not comply to every demand given to them every single day).

These traumatically injuring acts become a believed war zone for the direct victim, along with others who live in the same household. Everyone does what they believe will protect them from direct harm. The dominance and constant believed sense of death, a live-in in type of stalking to terrorize and show dominance over their victim’s next living moment is to ensure the ‘FAMILY TERRORIST’ is never held responsible for the life long struggles of true safety within our person and sometimes extreme psychological impairments on their victims. This has been proven by many tests and reviews by our; Centers for Disease and Control, National Institute of Mental Health, National Institute of Health, Department of Health & Human Services, National Child Traumatic Stress Network and many other quality educated resources. PubMed articles have been written and shared as specific educational & psychological proof of the Frontal Lobe Brain Development Impairments of a child who lives through such extreme grievous harm and fear. These types of ‘terroristic abuse’ is not only immoral but when inflicted to take dominance and control over another person, their victims will likely represent with an adult life of many chronic physical & emotional illnesses. The constantly hidden threat becomes a very personally wounding and distorting impact and will often silence many for their entire lives. When this becomes your normal you are in a way, lost in the painful distortions of your life, yet you have no idea how to address it or get help. You know as a victim how horrible you feel inside, yet the world says its nothing. To your inner sense as human being you constantly battle with thoughts of; ‘This is wrong’, ‘I hate myself so much’, ‘I need to die to escape this hidden pain’. As human beings we have created generation after generation of these types of harmed individuals. Our world and our small communities, even our family members and coworkers all believed we are damaged goods and the more grievous the harm and constant sense of believed death, the more difficult it becomes to manage the entire scope of internal personal pain and dysfunctions, which we then live in, raise children in and it then becomes their normal and the cycle continues forward.

As a Human Society we must absolutely address these violations against the direct human right to personal sense of security and the rights to live as a human being without constantly inflicted fear, dominance, sexual or physical control, over our direct existence despite age, race, religion, geographical or other form of human being rights to life, liberty, and safety. In our modern day society our children are exploding with anger on the streets, in their schools, acts of suicide are higher than ever before in history; we have created generations of individuals who have no clue what true safety of liberty of life really is; no idea what its like to truly be free. Survivors of terroristic enforced pain and harm, as prisoners of war, or in the trapped victim in the house down the street; they grow into adults with a deep seeded trained sense of  secret dysfunctions or anger over their constant fear from the CRIMINAL ACTS & VIOLATIONS AGAINST THEM, especially if they are a child or youth without the lived or learned knowledge that they understand their personal right to always be safe in their person and the right to justice, support, and recovery assistance as provided by the attackers financial and total worth responsibility via property forfeiture, or other financial ability.

On December 10th, 1948; First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt was a member of the United Nations General Assembly Commission who approved and released into every print form for educational or awareness knowledge the

UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

PREAMBLE

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,

Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,

Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,

Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,

Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,

In the listed human rights, you will find Articles 1 – 8 of this published document as shared from the publication via United Nations Documents, (UDHR), copyright United Nations 2015, requested republication of this share to the direct immediate attention of our United Nations for their expressed written consent has been approved by Johnson Gathia

Today we really need to get this written blog alert out to every being around the world and across the United States;

We beg your assistance here today in reaching out to address the legal and civil liabilities of ‘Terroristic Abuse’ as an extremely detrimental act against our Universal Declaration of Human Rights and should be held as a violation of the most serious nature by every criminally & civilly protective rights & justices across the United States and around the world. No longer can we continue to tell the generations of human beings that their given human rights to SAFETY & SECURITY FOR EVERY BEING is to be left under the sole control of an adult, parent or other party; that their right to life & liberty as an individual being does not include the right to SAFETY & PROTECTIONS.

For your reading knowledge I have added the links to published articles by our CDC, NIMH, NIH, NCTSN about the many wounding impacts of these trauma wounding and life altering criminal actions.

Thanks readers and I hope you all do your research as I have here as well as the many excellent resources and researchers noted in these references.

Remember; acknowledging there are ‘terrorists’ who want to control our governments and our human beliefs around the world is not so hard to accept, neither are the acts of extreme grievous acts against other beings, even more disheartening in our United States are the sad attacks of violence on our streets, in our schools, and erupting in repeated human trafficking rings and the parental offenders we send to jail everyday. We must accept the childhood traumas and acts of extreme family violence, which are indeed no less than acts of extreme ‘terroristic abuse’, which can and does exist within an estimated (1 in 10) homes across the country. These numbers are based on a few specific statistics which I’ve researched time and time again.

You’ll find documents, studies, and PubMed Articles attached and if you like visit www.butterflydreamsabuserecovery.com for full page of personal resources of survivors whom I’ve talked with, interviewed, and reviewed information shared in our recovery journey together; living the dysfunctions of our lives and impacting the lives of our children and grandchildren. Today there are an estimated 40 million plus adult survivors of child sexual abuse, even more of other forms of maltreatments, in our American society I can prove through researching statistical reports prepared by; Department of Health & Human Services on Child Maltreatment 2011;

One in THREE children are being harmed in some way everyday across the country, not all is terroristic acts of abuse, but most certainly One in Ten reports are of sexually abusive harm of a child. Are you ready to take the chance that it won’t be that bad, that terrifying, that horrific? What would it take to make you accept this grievous harm to you?

Be aware of outward signs of trauma, educate yourself on the silent signs of these vicious ‘terroristic acts of abuse’ many children have no choice but to endure every single day, waiting for someone to reach out and help them find safety & security in their person.

Thank you for reading & sharing. Hopefully you’ll help us reach out further. We need the united support of all adult beings. Let’s ask our United Nations & United States Government to accept and draw into law the truth of the ‘Family Terrorist’ as written and published in ‘Trecia’s Law’.

Respectfully,

Patricia A. McKnight

Believe in the true power of your inner strength to survive

blkwhtpromoFriends it is time to take a deep breath in, concentrate on what is blocking you from feeling the true happiness in your heart, then as you exhale blow it out with force. Think of all those obstacles challenging you today and blow the fears into the wind. Allow the outer energy to absorb them and remove them from your path. Send it all out into the swirling winds of our earth to allow the angels around you to grab them and feel your heart pounding with the true belief in your new beginning. Your life has been blocked by many self doubts, blow them away into the wind. Believe in your heart of hearts, deep within your soul, find the you that truly lies within and allow that person to rise, to stand strong, and to be your leading guide.

youwereborn Believe inside this one simple truth; each of us was created with an innocent soul. Perhaps there may have been monsters or controllers who came into your path with a force so strong they pulled you in deep, they altered your true being, they took away that very special innocent soul. Don’t give up because the person you were born to become is still waiting there inside, just waiting for you to make that choice and breath the life back into your dreams.

Whatif_159x171 Today is your new beginning!! Today is the day you can grab hold of your dreams, you can decide how you want to live your life. You can believe in the true power of you!!

Friends I know how dark the days can become, in fact I was recently at a place so dark I called a crisis line, not just once but twice just this past week. My world became so small I couldn’t focus on the reality of where I am today or the personal strength I hold inside. You must admit, if you know anything at all about my past, there had to be a huge circle of inner strength that has protected me and kept me alive to share with all of you today. How bad it can be sometimes when the pain of our trauma takes from us the desire to continue building the life we want to have. All trauma, because trauma is trauma, it all alters your life. It doesn’t matter if it is from suffering in the loss of someone you love, or the monsters of the night, or even the illnesses we may be trying to cope with today; it is all trauma and the trauma is yours. No one can tell you how this trauma SHOULD affect you. No one can tell you how to cope through the pain you feel, because the pain you feel is also yours and no one else knows how all of these struggles are affecting you. This is something that is completely in your control and it really depends on how you want to view your life. Remember that within that innocent soul you were also given the power of RESILIENCE, which can be the greatest tool ever when put together with the strength & drive to live the life you so definitely deserve.

you matter As this new day begins, believe in this simple but very powerful truth – YOU MATTER!! How you feel matters. How you want to live matters. What dreams you want to chase and achieve matters. You hold the power of the choice today.

Believe in the truth I share that I have absolutely been where you are. It is so painful you have no idea how to even begin to face it all, so list the challenges out in pieces much like those of a puzzle you are trying to put together. Often the multiples of emotions or struggles we are facing are too overwhelming to handle it all at once, so breath and then begin to sort out your pieces of trauma and then put them back together one single piece at a time. It is much like a deep Maddening Silence, so do not allow it to consume all the amazing power of you.

You may be in someone else’s control and so terrified that you are actually afraid to breath. You’re afraid the slightest infringement out of rhythm will cause an explosion that just might cost you your life. You may be holding your breath so tight that you are afraid your breathing pattern of inhale and exhale will not match that of your controller, so you hold your breath; you alter your pattern of breathing to ensure you are keeping everything calm, everything perfect; nothing to upset the monster. I’ve been there and I know that intense fear; the doubt that we are not capable of anything at all on our own. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CAPABLE!! There are resources today that were not available 20 years ago. We have ways to help each other in support, understanding & friendship. Our legal system responds differently to the calls for help. Many states, such as Illinois, are now educating their law enforcement on how to respond when a call of abuse or violence is made. They respond strong and ready to act, ready to protect, ready to assist, ready to give you the local resources & shelters there waiting to help you breath again. Your day is waiting when you are No Longer Afraid to Breathe

Three Coping Skills Everyone Can Use–becoming your own thriver!!!

We all have something that has happened to darken our world, even those who are just regular folks and have never experienced any form of abuse or violence, still have something that has invaded their life with a cloud of bad memories. It’s really hard to focus on our present life when we have all of these dark thoughts around us; even sharing online with others and staying in the advocacy mission can keep these memories bouncing around and often they will overpower what is good.

It is painful to acknowledge what happened. To accept the pain and anger, the grieving and sadness is important to fully heal and process what has been buried for so long, but at the same time we have to remain conscious of our present day life in order to find the strength to get through this. I really find it is hardest during the beginning process of this because you have to accept the truth and come out of your dissociation and denial mode of living. There is a lot I’ve learned about living in my present life rather than being sucked into the horrible times of my past. There are many times during the days of being home alone with just my thoughts, when I find myself facing these memories. It’s during all these quiet moments of being alone that I have to work hardest at a practice I’ve been doing for about 12 years, DISTRACTING MY BRAIN FROM THE BAD!!!

The truth is WE CANNOT TAKE AWAY WHAT’S HAPPENED and sometimes it is very difficult to accept; even more so when family and loved ones shut us out, blame us, abandon us and turn away from the pain we carry. We feel as if we are in a cyclone of whirling emotions and don’t know how to stay grounded. It is indeed a tragedy of what’s been taken from you, what’s been lost in your world and the good others invaded. However, the hard part is realizing the world keeps spinning and you must find a way to go on with your life.

Finding ways to GO ON with life, doesn’t mean living in denial nor does it mean you are ignoring what’s happened; it means  YOU ARE NOW IN CONTROL OF WHAT HAPPENS!!! Yes, you have choices and you are in control of how this effects your life.

1) You can whine and wallow in the horrible trauma you’ve suffered and stay in the rut of darkness. However if you choose this place you must realize the world will not stop spinning and others will go on with their life; no one will stay in the dark world and you will find yourself sinking deeper each day.

2) You also may think you have the option to take yourself out of the picture because it is too hard to deal with, but let me assure you; THIS IS NOT AN OPTION!!! If you respond to your pain and allow it to control your world, then you may think the only way to beat this is by harming yourself in some way. YOU MUST NOT ACT ON THESE THOUGHTS!!! Suicide or committing an act of harm in any way is NEVER AN OPTION!!! You leave behind pain for those who love you; your children, their future, your spouse or partner; these are the people who want to be part of your life and want to make fresh happy memories with you, which will ease the pain of your past when you allow them to blossom!!!

(National Suicide Prevention Lifeline; when you need immediate contact with a voice!!! Please Call 1-800-273-TALK (8255)

Do not allow the abusers of your past to have control over your future. Build something better for yourself. Chase the life you were meant to have and replace those bad thoughts with positive, happy, loving memories of your children or what you want to have in your life. No matter how difficult it may get, and it is very difficult at the different stages of acceptance and healing, but never allow yourself to be over powered by these dark memories. Never give in to the thoughts of being overwhelmed, reach out to connect with anyone when these thoughts begin to take control. You may not believe there are people who depend on you to make them complete and happy, but every soul in this world has at least one person who needs them and loves them unconditionally.

There is a lot we fear; a lot we are angry about; a lot of things can set off a feeling of panic, this is now just a part of who we are. No one can erase or change what has happened. Believe me I wish there was a way to make it all just disappear, but there isn’t. None of us can turn back the clock and what would you do if you could? You would still be that same person faced with the same fear, so why be stuck in that time?

It’s important for anyone who struggles with depression, PTSD, flashbacks, or bad dreams and memories to seek out what is good in their life now. A few important things to focus on, which may help you fight through:

1) Are you in a safe environment? Remembering that you are now safe and no longer have to fear another attack is vital. Although you may be dealing with painful memories or flashbacks of what happened, you can always direct your focus and control your thoughts to feel the area of safety around you now.

2) Who are those you can turn to when things feel overwhelming? Creating this list, complete with phone numbers, will give you a quick go to list of someone who can brighten your moment during your time of need. When you build this list take extra time to think of your partner/spouse; determine if you can talk to them about your darkest thoughts. You want to talk and help them understand why you bounce back and forth between happy and depressed times. It makes it easier for them to stick it out and support you or help you through.

3) What are the positives in your life now? You want to think about your life and where you are now. Not only are you safe and loved, but what about your ability to keep food, clothing, shelter, for you and your family. Our world is in economic crisis right now, so if you can manage those three vital parts of surviving you are doing much better than some others in our country. Many are without housing, hungry, out on the streets or living in their cars. Many do not have jobs of any form to keep a steady flow of income to ensure the necessities are being maintained. This is a HUGE POSITIVE for you and should be your main focus, especially if you have children. Also list any other positives about your life right now, such as; your professional success or the fact you have risen above any other person’s expectations. This meaning, you may have been beaten down to believe you had no value, but if you are in a career or professional status of maintaining your survival; then you have risen above what others may have tried to take away from you.

I realize this time of year is difficult for many of you, but if you are not focused on what is good around you now, then your bad thoughts will win control and the depression will become heavy. You must work at being a thriver in society, but that’s OK because everyone has to work at being a thriver. You are no different than anyone else in our society. Sure you have had bad things happen, or have family who continues to be offensive or battering to you, but if you really take control of your thoughts and where you are right now, then you become stronger with each passing moment and you will build your foundation for the life you want to achieve.

My wish for all of you at this time is that you see how truly strong you are. I wish for you to look in the mirror and see an amazing person standing there. A person who has climbed out of the darkest hole to see the brightness shining around them. A person who is stronger than anyone ever believed possible. A person who has overcome the challenges against them and have pulled themselves from the ashes of destruction and built a magnificent blossoming rose in its place. May you find a breath of strength to seek your own life and see your value, absorb the positive around you, and build fresh happy memories to replace the darkness of your past.

May you break out of your cocoon and spread those beautiful wings to fly upward to your new beginning!!!
